This article is useful for all Flowell Compression devices.
Everyone experiences pressure differently. If you feel the pressure is too low, please check that it's set high enough. The maximum pressure for Flowell Mobile devices is 180mmHg, while for Flowell Home devices, it's 240mmHg.
If the pressure still seems low, take a moment to ensure that the hoses aren't kinked or that the air supply isn't being blocked—sometimes it can happen if you accidentally sit on the hose. If everything looks good, you can check the following areas for any noticeable air leaks:
- At the cuff connectors: Make sure the plugs on your cuff are firmly pressed into the sockets. If you still notice an air leak, please reach out to our support team at support@flowell.com. Tip: It's a good idea to keep the plug connections intact after use. You can store your Flowell devices with the hoses still connected.
- At the Quick Connectors: If you hear air escaping at the connectors, ensure that the Quick Connector is attached securely. You can find the instructions here: Using the Quick Connectors.
- At the socket of the multi-plug on the device: Check that the multi-plug is inserted firmly and correctly into the device. Instructions can be found here: Connecting the multi-plug. If everything is connected properly and there's still an air leak, please contact our support team at support@flowell.com.
