If your remote control isn't working, please take a moment to check if you've inserted a new battery. Unfortunately, due to delivery regulations, we can't include the battery with your remote. If you haven't put one in yet, you'll need a CR2032 button battery for Flowell Home and Home Deluxe.
Also, make sure that the battery protector has been removed. You should see a small plastic tab sticking out from the bottom of your remote control—this is the battery protector. To use the remote, just pull it out. It's there for protection during shipping and can be easily discarded.
