Your cuffs should always inflate toward the center of your body, like from your feet up your legs. If you notice they’re inflating in a different order, here’s how to address it.
First, check that the hoses aren’t kinked or blocked. For instance, make sure you’re not sitting on the hose, which could restrict airflow.
Second - and this is the issue in most cases - check the connection of the multi-plug: Ensure the multi-plug is properly inserted into the control unit. On one side of the multi-plug, you’ll see small arrows on all Flowell models. These arrows should point upward when you insert the plug into the control unit. Make sure the plug is pushed in all the way so it’s secure.
Check the connection of the cuffs
Now that the multi-plug is connected correctly, let’s look at the cuffs. Remember, the longest hose should always connect to the chamber that’s farthest from your body—at your feet for Boots and Pants. Press the plugs in firmly to keep them from loosening during use. You can find more help on connecting the cuffs here: Connection of the cuff plugs.
