If you’re considering returning your order for a refund, here’s how to get started: Head to our return section on the website (just a quick note: the email you enter is case-sensitive and should match exactly what you used at purchase). Make sure to fill out every part of the form, or you won’t be able to move forward.
Flowell Return Policy
If you’re not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from delivery to return your Flowell product for a refund. We can only accept returns for items bought directly from Flowell.com. If you purchased from another retailer, please follow their return policy.
Items should be returned in their original packaging with tags, in new condition, and without any signs of wear. Products that show damage or wear will be marked as “unacceptable,” and we’ll keep you informed. Please keep in mind that return shipping fees are not covered by Flowell, and we can’t take responsibility for items lost or damaged while being returned. Once we receive and check your return, we’ll process your refund within 7–10 business days, and you’ll get a confirmation sent to the email linked to your order. For kits and bundles, all items from the promotional set need to be included for a return to be accepted.
Please ensure the product is in its original packaging, clearly labeled “Return,” and includes your original proof of purchase or order number, along with all accessories. We’re here to make your Flowell experience as smooth as possible!
