We’re glad you’ve decided to go with Flowell for your recovery journey. To help you get the most out of your experience, it’s important to set up your device correctly. Here’s a simple guide to help you get started:
Check the Package Contents
Did you receive your Flowell package? Awesome! First, take a moment to check that all items are included. Your package should have the following essentials:

Setup
Attach the Multi-Plug
Start by connecting the two multi-plugs to the control unit. You’ll see small arrows on each plug that should be facing upwards. Each plug has a small tab that fits into the corresponding slots on the control unit. Carefully insert the plugs, making sure the arrows are aligned and the tabs are in place. Press each plug firmly into position.
Connect the Cuff Plugs
Next, attach each cuff connector to your Flowell cuffs, starting with the longest tube. This should connect to the lowest socket, located near your feet. For convenience, look for the light gray connector, which is lighter than the others. Continue connecting each plug in order, with the darkest plug attaching to the top socket near the groin. Make sure each connection is secure.
Tip: For convenience, you might want to leave the cuff plugs connected and store the cuffs with the tubing attached.
Note: Each set of eight connections splits into two hoses at the Quick Connector. The right hoses connect to the two lower cuff sockets near your feet, while the left hoses connect to the top sockets near the groin.
Put on Your Flowell Compression Pants
Now it’s time to put on your Flowell Home Deluxe pants! Use the zippers to easily slip into the cuffs. Pull them up snugly for a secure fit; only the tips of your toes (not your entire toes) should stick out.
Optional:
Activate the Remote Control If you’re using the remote control for the first time, remove the battery protector (a small white plastic tab at the bottom). Then, insert a suitable battery (CR2032), as shipping regulations prevent us from including batteries in the package.
