With your Flowell Home Deluxe, you have the option to explore 6 distinct recovery programs.

Program A: Flow

Program A focuses on delivering targeted pressure to specific areas, making it a great choice for gently loosening your muscles and getting your legs ready for activity. It’s an excellent warm-up option that encourages smooth, relaxed movement and helps to prevent soreness before you even begin.

Program B: Intense

This program features sustained pressure that helps to prevent reflux, making it especially useful after a tough training session. Chambers are gradually added for a deeply intensive massage. For those moments of post-training recovery, Program B really shines. The steady pressure works to ease tension from deep within your muscles, helping you feel refreshed more quickly.

Program C: Double

This program is quite similar to Program A (Flow), with the key difference being that two chambers fill with pressure at the same time. This allows for double the massage passes in the same timeframe as Program A. We appreciate this program for providing an efficient warm-up that gets your muscles ready for action in no time.

Program D: Impulse

This program is perfect for quick, intense sessions. All chambers inflate simultaneously in a pulsing manner, giving Program D the highest number of compressions in your selected time. When you're looking for a refreshing boost, Impulse really delivers! Its pulsing compression effectively enhances circulation and quickly relieves muscle tightness.

Program E: Intense Double

This program is excellent for swiftly removing waste products after a vigorous workout. It follows a sequence similar to Program C (Double), but with the added advantage of two compression waves operating in parallel, providing a particularly intense massage for your lower legs and calves. For comprehensive relief in these areas, Intense Double is truly exceptional. Its dual compression waves work wonders in eliminating post-exercise waste, leaving you feeling thoroughly restored.

Program F: Intense Flow

The Intense Flow program offers long-lasting pressure, making it ideal for lactate removal. It combines features from Programs A and B, with multiple chambers remaining inflated at the same time to prevent reflux. However, it’s a bit less intense than Program B, as the lower areas don’t experience constant pressure.
