Finding Your Perfect Pressure Level
When it comes to compression therapy, the ideal pressure setting can differ for everyone. A "less is more" approach often works well. Start with the lowest pressure setting and let a few complete massage cycles help you get used to it. From there, you can slowly increase the pressure until you discover what feels best for you.
How to Adjust Pressure
- Increase Pressure: Tap the plus (+) symbol to gently raise the pressure level.
- Decrease Pressure: Tap the minus (-) symbol to lower the pressure for a softer experience.
Tips for Maximum Comfort
Your ideal pressure should provide a noticeable and effective massage while still being comfortable. Once you find your preferred level, consider starting each session at a slightly lower pressure, then gradually increasing it within one or two cycles to reach your sweet spot.
Note: Your therapy should always feel comfortable. If you feel any discomfort or pain, please reduce the pressure right away or turn off the device.
